All of our units are clean, well maintained, and loaded with necessities! RVs To Go-Venice makes renting easy!

Included with every rental is:

• 100 miles per day free (See rates below for extra mileage costs.)

All of our units come equipped with:

Most motorized units come equipped with:

• Tilt steering wheel
• AM/FM stereo
• Generator

"Extended Stay" Specials:

• Rentals of 10-14 consecutive days enjoy a 7% discount
• Rentals of 15-19 consecutive days enjoy a 10% discount
• Rentals of 20-24 consecutive days enjoy a 13% discount
• Rentals of 25+ consecutive days enjoy a 15% discount

More info about the additional fees:

• Prep Fee: This is a mandatory fee. For this fee we will: sanitize and fill the fresh water tank, clean and sanitize the interior, scrub and detail the outside, replenish chemical stocks, plus much more!
• Reservation Deposits: This is a mandatory fee. This fee is required to hold a particular unit and time slot for each customer. This fee will be applied to the actual rental fee on pick up day. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation leaving us less than 7 days notice prior to departure date. If you cancel your reservation 8 to 30 days prior to your departure day, only $100.00 is non-refundable.
• Security Deposit: This is a mandatory fee. Please note any issues with the vehicle before leaving the rental agency. If after the unit is returned and thoroughly checked by our technicians, about 3-4 working days, and there are no problems/damages or extra fees incurred, the full damage deposit will be returned to you. You must pay this damage deposit with a credit card. The unit must be returned with a full fuel tank, dumped black & grey tanks, clean inside & outside, and undamaged.
• Insurance: In order to rent from us you must get a binder on your insurance policy showing "RVs To Go-Venice" as the loss payee, OR you may purchase insurance through RVs To Go-Venice. If an insurance binder is not in our possession on pick up day, you will no have no other recourse than to purchase supplemental liability insurance for $15 per day. This insurance is required in order to rent an RV. Without this insurance binder you will not be able to rent an RV. You are required to have either a Visa or MasterCard in order to purchase insurance.
• Generator Use: On board generators are for the renter's convenience only. Renters will be billed at $2.00 per hour for use in excess of allowed hours. This fee allows for the maintenance of the generator.
• Miles Used: With your rental you are allowed free miles. All mileage over the free miles will be charged at $0.29 per mile. Please have an estimate of total miles to be traveled when reserving so you are more aware of your total rental cost. If you are under pre-purchased miles you will be reimbursed at the rate of $0.29 per mile for the difference.

More info about reservations:

• Payment: The balance is to be paid in full by credit card only at time of departure. The credit card must be in the renters name and be present with the card holder.
• Damages & Maintenance: All rental vehicles are checked out by technicians before leaving. It is still the renter's responsibility to check levels of all fluids and keep up the daily maintenance during their rental period. Renters can be held responsible for all damage due to negligence and abuse done to the rental unit. Damage done by renter, road hazard, curb cutting, etc. are the renter's responsibility. THE RV ROOFS ARE OFF LIMITS.
• Departure/Return Times: Pick-up times for departure dates are from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Allow 1 hour to complete the checkout process and paperwork. Rental units must be returned by 11:00 am. Renters who require a later drop off time must discuss this with your rental agent before departing, NOT AFTER. If you don't have permission for late return you can be charged $25 for each hour you are late.
• Scheduling Pick Up Time: All pick-up times will be discussed one to two days before rentals. We have found this to be the best way for all parties. Please call a couple of days before your departure date to schedule your adventure.
• Delivery & Pick Up Service: This is an optional fee for personal delivery and pick up of the rental unit. Fees vary, so see the rental agent for details.
• Condition of Unit Upon Return: Rental units must be returned clean, full of fuel, and empty of waste and trash. Please plan your trip with this knowledge. If the unit is not returned full of fuel, there will be a $20 service fee in addition to the fuel rate of $4.00 per gallon.
• No Smoking or Pets: NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in rental units. Smoking in and around RVs is dangerous due to the onboard propane tanks. Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the RV will result in a total loss of your security deposit. Any other damages which may happen to the unit while in your care will be charged on top of your security deposit. This includes extra mileage, generator time, dumping cleaning, fuel, and any down time from repairs.
• Early Returns: Returning the vehicle prior to the designated date of return shall not entitle the renter to a credit or refund for those days not used.
• Accidents: In the event of an accident contact proper authorities immediately. Then contact RVs To Go-Venice as soon as possible.
